Faux or decorative finishes are priced per square foot and vary according to your choice of materials and the number of layers required to achieve the desired effect.

Custom murals and trompe l'oeil prices are dependant upon the complexity of the project. The degree of detail and modeling affect the length of time required.

The type of surface and special circumstances such as the need for wall preparation or scaffolding would also be considered. Clients can reduce the cost of some projects by taking care of any preparation themselves such as applying the base paint color.

Generally, I will meet with a client twice.
First, to discuss your objectives, view the space, and take measurements and photographs. I then return with sample boards, sketches, or pictures along with cost projections for approval. Then, the parameters of the project and a firm price are agreed upon.
